REFUND & EXCHANGE POLICY

• If you change your mind about your purchase, you can contact us within 7 days of receiving it to initiate a return.
• Items must be in the same condition as received and in their original packaging to be eligible for a refund. If the items show signs of wear, you may not be eligible for refund. 
• 500PKR will be deducted from the receipt amount to cover processing and handling costs

• The refund is NO QUESTIONS ASKED but we encourage our valued customers to share the reasons for their refund so we can better serve them in the future
• Once our team gives you the approval, send the package back to our Warehouse.
• NOTE: you'll need to cover the cost of returning the items.
• Make a video of the package and send it to our WhatsApp before shipping

Your refund will be processed within 7 working days of receiving the parcel from you.

LIFETIME REFUND & EXCHANGE POLICY

Even after the refund deadline has passed you can still get a partial REFUND/EXCHANGE as follows

Refund: Claim a 50% refund of Receipt Price at any time

Exchange: Exchange with another item and get 60% of Receipt Price.
